Outdoor Educator and Executive Director
Fallon has worked with youth outdoors in partnership with organizations such as Swallowtail School & Farm, FG Community Alternative Learning Center, Roots & Shoots, the FG Community School, Centro Cultural, & more. She was the primary architect of Centro Cultural’s outdoor summer program at B Street & also was a co-developer of Farmworks Inc. Fallon is our Director & one of our lead teachers. Fallon loves the great outdoors and sharing all the awesomeness the world has to offer!
As EdenAcres’ Outdoor Educator, Colleen works to grow our students understanding of the great outdoors through access to classroom gardens and other environmental activities. Previously, Colleen has worked at Bastyr University as a garden educator and has completed educational programs in permaculture design, sustainable agriculture, and land stewardship. She is thrilled at the opportunity to continue to share her love and admiration of the great outdoors.
Terry O’Day designs and builds learning environments that support education for sustainability. As an artist, she engages in creative activity that benefits the community through the application of permaculture design principles to develop learning organizations and outdoor classrooms. She originated and was a co-founder of the Community School and the B Street Farm. As the EdenAcres board chair, she oversees the strategic development of the project.
Out and About Coordinator
Erin Morgan is the out-and-about coordinator at the Forest Grove Community School. In that capacity, she is responsible for providing an out-of-classroom experience for every student in the school each week. She is a frequent user of Fernhill Wetlands, B Street Farm, Jackson Bottom Wetlands, and Nana Cardoon Urban Farm. Erin is an important part of our curriculum development and teaching team.
Outdoor Educator and Board Member
Charlie Graham is a highly experienced educator with connections to Centro Cultural, B-Street Farm, Jackson Bottom Wetlands, Tualatin River National Wildlife Refuge, Hyla Woods, Stroud Water Research, and more. He’s published and presented his work with place-based learning numerous times and is a founding teacher of the FG Community School. With over 27 years in the FG school district, he serves as EdenAcre’s liaison to teachers and administration and advises on curriculum development
Founder and Co-owner of Murdock and White
Charlene Murdock is the mother of Nana Cardoon, a beloved kitchen and garden learning space that has hosted many classroom visits and adult workshops. As a founder and co- owner of Murdock and White (a premier specialty food brokerage), she’s built lasting relationships with artisanal food producers across the Pacific Northwest. Charlene is highly networked and is connected to many organizations including the Dairy Creek Food Web, B Street Farm, and Adelante Mujeres.
